The Fast Fare can be gradually added to any fleet because it integrates with legacy Genfare fareboxes, vaulting equipment, and garage data systems.

The Fast Fare is designed to allow routine maintenance and restocking of media while in service without the need for tools. Security systems protect data and cash and prevent loss and dual power systems reduce downtime.
Customization options
The Fast Fare is available in three heights for a good fit on any bus and even some paratransit vans: 41 inches, 36 inches, and 32 inches. A low-cost mechanical version is also available for cash-only applications.
Printer options
The Fast Fare farebox comes equipped with the transit agency’s choice of a ticket reader/issue machine or a bar code printer. Both options are fully integrated with the farebox and quickly print transfers and passes.
