Over the last 20 years, Daria has worked in both public and private sectors across various surface transportation industries in rail, transit, ITS, parking and consulting in roles from operations to service delivery and business development. She is a surface transportation generalist with a deep focus on serving customers and building enterprise solutions to meet their unique needs.
At Genfare, Daria leads the sales, marketing, and customer care teams and manages revenue management, sales enablement and operations functions. Her approach is customer led and focused on executing strategy that delivers results that create value over a customer’s lifetime. She serves as a strategic and commercial leader to advocate and implement sales and marketing methodologies built around customer requirements, industry innovation and product roadmap to enhance and improve how transit agencies improve revenue, ridership and mobility for their passengers.
With 20 years of experience in engineering and operations leadership, Trivi has led product development in several industries including building management, physical/IT security, and electronic payment.
Trivi leads engineering and product strategy for Genfare. His team is responsible for building hardware and software solutions that simplify rider experience and revenue management for Transit agencies. He is a change agent and driving transformation by adopting off-the-shelf IoT solutions to provide transit agencies with real time data to make better decisions.
Bill is a Program and Project management leader with 15yrs+ experience delivering fare collection hardware, cashless payment, and enterprise software solutions. He is a technologist with experience and professional certifications in cloud computing and software development.
Bill leads the Genfare PMO which includes the Program Management, Implementation, Technical Services, Field Services, and Training teams. The PMO is responsible for the end to end delivery of Genfare solutions which consist of front end hardware devices, backend software systems, and integrations with AVL and other third-party suppliers, and training, installation, and post installation services. Bill leads with a continuous improvement mindset to enable high quality, secure, repeatable and scalable processes. The PMO has developed innovative visual management solutions for prioritization, implementation status and project management to drive on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
